Construction documents provide intricate details of your project. They are the 'assembly instructions' your contractor needs to build your addition, new home or remodel.
These include a site plan, floor plan(s), electrical/mechanical plan(s), foundation plan, roof framing plan as well as building sections and exterior elevations. Title 24 energy compliance forms, schedules, notes and legends, architectural and structural details and CALGreen checklist are also included. Every project and property is unique. There may be additional surveys, calculations, and reports required based on the city or county code requirements as well as a property's specific location and geography. These will require employing experts outside of Hayes & Associates.
